Companies should transmit 2021 tax data using myData. Due date for 2021 income data is 27/05/2022 and for expenses 31/10/2022

It is not a April Fool’s joke, AADE announced, through a press release, the end of the obligation to submit consolidated statements customers – suppliers (MYF) for the data of 2021.Companies must submit to myDATA platform the following data they have issued during 2021:

  • revenue documents
  • self-invoicing expenses
  • proof of expenditure
  • income adjustments

The transmission should be completed by May 27, 2022.

Once all companies will have submitted their revenue data by the end of May 2022, each company will then have to check the documents submitted by its suppliers to myDATA. From June 10 to October 31, 2022, the companies will have to transmit any discrepancies comparing to the data provided by their suppliers.

The submission of expenses invoices, self-invoicing revenue and expenses adjustments for 2021 is optional.

Especially for 2021, the transmissions of income data and expense discrepancies can take place, either in detail, per document, or as a summary per customer or supplier per month.
